Prishtina High School, a K-12 grade school offers its students a premier college-preparatory education, certainly among the best in the country. The beautiful campus of PHS sits in the capital city and is surrounded by the beautiful green rolling mountains of Kosova. The student body of PHS consists of both local Kosovars and children from the international and expatriate communities. Job Summary:
The Secondary School Principal’s primary role is to work together with the other principals and administrators to complete tasks that are essential to PHS. The Secondary Principal reports to the Head of School and is responsible for managing the general business of the secondary department. Along with working directly with the other building principals and the Head of School, the Secondary Principal will provide leadership to develop and maintain a stellar secondary school educational program that maintains high educational standards and encourages staff and students to be their best.

General Responsibilities:
The secondary school principal is responsible for instructional leadership, oversees daily operations, and supports teachers in curriculum implementation, secondary school administration, parent and community engagement, professional development, school improvement planning, oversees and evaluates the secondary school teachers.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years teaching/admin/business experience
-Current State
-Provincial or ACSI Administration Certification paired with one of the following: Masters -Degree in Educational Leadership
-Masters Degree in School Administration
-Masters Degree in Educational Administration
